Shipping within the UK
Postage anywhere in the UK will be charged at a flat fee of £6.00 with an extra £1.00 for each additional item with delivery taking 5-7 days. Please note this is calculated on a base weight of under 5kgs. I usually use Hermes to deliver, just FYI.
Shipping International
As shipping rates vary with weights and from country to country, please contact me directly for international orders.
Collection from Studio
I get it, sometimes delivery is just as costly as the item and can make things a little more awkward to receive. So, it is possible to collect your order from outside the South London studio, but please contact us directly to arrange this before checkout (just in case it’s not).
Returns
This is a tricky one because all items are handmade. Which means there will be always be variation in texture, glaze, clay blend, shape etc.
So, I hope you love this aspect of purchasing great ceramics. However if it arrives to you and you don’t like it, you are covered by the consumer contracts regulations of 14 days to return the item at your cost, in the original packaging. Of course if its faulty (broken) on arrival, then we will cover all return postage costs and refund the cost of the item once it has arrived safely back.. (within 30 days).
